This program includes the following:

  • 3-days/week total body strength training + 2-days/week sprint training program geared towards improving the athletes' strength and conditioning. 

  • Offering different options - ranging from bodyweight to customized to fit your needs.

  • BrigeAthletics app account to track your workouts (can be used on phone or tablet)

  • Videos to demonstrate each exercise

  • Ability to communicate with Elite Performance Coaches through BridgeAthletics App

Options:

  • Bodyweight Training Program (no equipment required)

  • Band Resistance Training Program (resistance bands required)

  • Customized Training Program (let us know what you have at home and we'll design a customized program for you)
